This part bred Dutch Warmblood mare was purchased by Greenacres Stud in 2003 with the express purpose of her being covered by the Trakehner   show jumping stallion Sir Graditz.

 

Like her Sire and especially her Grand Sire Maximillian Saluut  who is  pictured below , she was well on the way to becoming a top dressage mare until she lost her regular rider, As a result she was then used as a broodmare and her young stock are also now beginning to compete at 3 day eventing with her previous owners.

 

She has a lovely temperament and produced a lovely foal ( Martells Florian ) who has inherited her stocky frame and who may exceed his Dams 16.3 h !

 

Moelfryn Fay will again be covered in 2006 by a Trakehner Stallion , the choice of which is still under deliberation .
