Selle Francais Mare Judika Z

Judika Z is a 16. 2h  5yr. Selle Francais bred by Michel Steyvers-Loomans and was bought by Greenacres in April 2006. She has the truly impressive jumping breeding of the Grand prix stallion Jumpy des Fontaines ( currently ridden by Patrice Delaveau ) by Jus de Pomme x Ramiro Z out of Lys de Darmen / Bon Ami mother line.

Judika did not travel well from Holland and dropped a lot of weight during transportation. She had already born a foal just before leaving Holland and so her first three months at Greenacres will be no more strenuous than putting bulk back onto her frame.

Such was the demand for this mare , when she came up for sale, she was the first ( and possibly the last ) horse that Greenacres bought unseen , untried and unvetted !

We have free jumped her since at around 1.40 m. and we have lightly jumped her under saddle at 80cm. We will be carefully producing this horse who is still naturally green but who has a scopey jump and a lovely kind nature. Her jumping education will start in earnest in July 2006.
