Booking Procedures

Due to a larger than expected demand , we are  sorry but currently  we are not accepting  booking enquiry forms submitted less than 14 days before intended arrival dates .

 For bookings to be made more than 21 days before intended arrival date

Step 1      Please complete the  Booking Enquiry Form  and submit to us . ( Please only submit if you have definitely decided  to book with us ) . This form has been designed  to give us the information required to make  your arrival and visit to Greenacres Stud go smoothly . If you have any questions for us , then you will find a box where you may type any query  you may still have. You are advised to read our  Booking Terms and Conditions  before proceeding to submit the form.

Step 2      We will endeavour to telephone you within 12 hrs to confirm whether the dates chosen by you are available and agree with you to provisionally reserve accommodation .

Step 3     At this stage , we require a non refundable deposit of just £10 ,  ( £ 20  if also booking our self catering apartment ) for a one night stay ,  or  £15  ( £ 25 if also booking our self catering apartment )  for a two night or longer stay .  Cheques should be made payable to 'Kenyoncrest Ltd.'  and sent to Greenacres Stud , Lullington Rd. Little Liverpool , Coton in the Elms , South Derbyshire DE12  8ER to arrive no later than 5 working days following our telephone confirmation agreeing the reservation . Non arrival of the initial deposit within this 5 working day timescale will indicate that you no longer wish to proceed with the booking and we will re- offer the dates to other people.

Step 4    We will send to you by post written confirmation of your booking ,  a fully itemised account showing the  amount of the balance ( if any ) outstanding and a detailed location guide  to Greenacres Stud.

Step 5   We will look forward to receiving your cheque for the outstanding balance  at the above address no later than 21 days before your arrival date. Please note , non arrival of the outstanding balance within this 21 day timescale will indicate that you no longer wish to stay at Greenacres Stud , whereupon you will regrettably lose all deposits paid to us  to cover our administration expenses and the agreement between us is  automatically terminated.

Please note !  Bookings  which are accepted  21 days or less before intended arrival date.

We will require payment  in full  to arrive no later than 5 working days following our telephone confirmation agreeing the reservation . Non arrival of the full amount within this 5 working day timescale will indicate that you no longer wish to proceed with the booking and we will re- offer the dates to other people.
