Colt Foal Hocus Pocus

'Greenacres ' Hocus Pocus II '  ( Harvey ) was born at 8 am on the 25th May 2009.

The birth was trouble free.

Harveys dam is Chanel VI a 17.1h Trakehner mare bred by Stefan Gebauer , Germany. The mare was born in 1996.

The Dam Sire is the  Trakehner stallion  Almox Prints J

Almox Prints J won several Nations Cups as well as the Grand Prix of Wiesbaden and Rotterdam and took part in 2 Olympics in Seoul and Barcelona. With lifetime winnings of DM 220,000 he is one of the most successful stallions in international show jumping. His offspring have already attracted attention in show jumping competitions in Russia and Hungary.

Chanel VI was purchased from Ingrid Christodoulou of Highfields Stud in the West Midlands.

We acquired Chanel VI in rather sad circumstances due to the untimely death of Ingrid  in 2006.

The Colts sire is the prolific stallion Handel II.

Handel II is a very striking stallion with strong confirmation and powerful quarters , which allow him to show his extravagant , well - balanced movement and natural ability over a fence. he has enjoyed tremendous success over the past few years with Michael Whitaker - together they have accumulated over £300 , 000 in prize money with Grand Prix wins around the world , including taking 3rd place at the 2001 World Cup Final in Gothenburg.
